The Chamber Ambassadors are the good will arm of the Chamber. They greet and check in at Monthly Chamber Events. Their duties also include attending ribbon cuttings, grand openings, groundbreakings, open houses, and annual chamber and community events.

SCHOLARSHIP GOLF COMMITTEE
The Scholarship Golf Committee works to raise money to provide $1000 Scholarships to students at area schools including, Bennington, D.C. West, Elkhorn High, Elkhorn South, and Mount Michael. We hold a Scholarship Golf Tournament at The Pines on the second Friday in June to help raise the money for the Scholarships. EXPO SHOW COMMITTEE
The West “O” Expo Show is a business to business trade show that takes place on the 4th Thursday in September at Indian Creek. The show is open from 10-4pm. Some highlights of the event include Coffee & Connections at 10am, 11-2pm Grilled Lunch Available, 3-4pm Mixer. Vendors can set up from 8-10am on the day of the show. Committee members work to find sponsors and help the day of the show. The workshop committee works to provide free educational programs that beneficial and may be of interest to Chamber Members. Workshops are scheduled quarterly. FOOD BASKET COMMITTEE
The Food Basket Committee works to provide over 400 food baskets to those in need in Western Douglas County during the holidays so everyone can have a holiday meal. Contact is made with area schools to help with food donations and letters are mailed out to ask for donations. The Committee will meet and determine those in need, then contact those on the list to make sure they will be home the day of delivery. Members and additional community volunteers meet to pick up food from schools, sort and pack food, and then deliver baskets. This is a very rewarding committee as families are very appreciative of the gift.
